The Feldenkrais Method was originally developed by Moshe Feldenkrais DSc in the mid-1900s.

This innovative method is based on principles from physics, biomechanics, physiology and neuroscience and creates the conditions under which the nervous system works best. 

Lessons promote change and release difficult-to-break habits that may be affecting well-being or daily function. The two most recognized applications are Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration, which expand the nervous system’s ability to heal.


The way you move your body, mirrors the way you move through life. Lessons often enhance your thinking, emotional regulation and problem-solving capabilities. Helping you discover how to live the life you want. You can use the movement and attention lessons to increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility, coordination, and rediscover your innate organic capacity for graceful, efficient movement.

  • Hypnosis is a valuable tool in clinical practice, and hypnotherapy is included in almost all my work with people who have chronic pain, regardless of cause, including pain due to burns, cancer, childbirth, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, temporomandibular joint problems, worn joints, chronic health conditions, dental procedures and headaches.
  •  Hypnosis is also part of the Faster-Sleep Technique for people with insomnia and bad sleep.
  • Many years ago, while going through a very early menopause I used self-hypnosis to good effect to manage my hot flashes.
