Completely makeover your whole life wellness, business, relationships, body and mindset with consistent guidance and accountability to break free from your unhealthy patterns.

3 months is the optimal amount of time to see, feel, and experience incredible results.

In this one to one, coaching programme we will co-create simple strategies to empower you to take control of your health, business, relationships and lifestyle. 

We’ll help you to live happier, healthier and age well and support you with consistent guidance and accountability.

It is a collaborative process across 12 weeks with you in the driving seat.

After an initial call to assess if we are a good fit, we will have twelve one-to-one sessions together.

Each call is 60 minutes long, the first is a deep review of your current lifestyle and key concerns for the future so you get grounded in the process and beginning your journey.

During the remaining 11 sessions we focus on your personal goals and the steps you need to take to have a thriving life in all six elements of your life to be happy and healthy.

We might look at issues like:

  • Working with your wheel of life and understanding where you are.

  • Creating the right mindset and sense of purpose to keep you on track to a more fulfilling life

  • Simple shifts to clean up your food, mood and change how you age on a cellular level

  • Powering up your movement and exercise routine to help your body age well

  • Developing a rejuvenation and sleep routine that gets you to sleep, keeps you asleep and helps you mend.

  • How to ‘be’: keeping your mind spontaneous and young

  • How to live: your environment, community, work and planning for the future

But the process is driven by, and is all about, YOU!

9 Week Coaching Recovery -60 days

This 9 week programme links with purchasing the 9 week wellbeing and health recovery diaries and journals to accompany your coaching.

A 9 hour one to one coaching programme, in depth support for one of the following:

  • Over 50’s health and wellness
  • Starting and growing a heart-based business
  • Improving lifestyle, super-aging and rejuvenation
  • Who am I? What am I? What’s my purpose?
  • Having the confidence to be seen and heard
  • Training mindset and behaviour change 
  • Developing personal resilience, managing stress
  • Cultivating everyday happiness
  • Dealing with difficult people and situations.

The goal is chosen by you and all about you.

Note: If you have a chronic health condition you can choose to opt for the four hour Activate Recovery programme and the extra support of a weekly 30 minute one to one coaching call.

Launchpad- 60 minutes

Launchpad – Coaching

60 minutes to a creating thriving healthy longevity.

This is a competitively priced starting point for living well.

After an initial call to assess if we are a good fit, we spend a detailed, high-energy hour online together, reviewing your behaviour, lifestyle and key concerns for the future and identify two priority areas you want to focus on.

We will pinpoint the effective changes you can make today which will help you elevate your well-being in your priority areas and radically reclaim your health.

Together we will work out simple strategies you can put in place every day to help you face the future with more optimism.

Afterwards, you’ll receive a bespoke recommendations dossier to help you stay on track.

Activate Recovery - 4 weeks

Activate Recovery – Over 50’s Health 4 hours 

Learn the modern way to manage chronic health conditions and give yourself the best chance of living well, healthier, happier and facing the future with optimism.

This 4 hour training programme gives you exactly the right information and the specific resources you need at your fingertips.

So you know how to activate your healing recovery, exactly when you want to.

To ensure you only spend time doing what you need to get well and feel happier.

To give yourself the best chance to recover and live with well managed health.

The course is led by a registered health professional, expert in whole-wellness and chronic health condition recovery.

The programme is delivered weekly through:

Four 60 minute webcam sessions (live or pre-recorded), drip fed easy to digest audios, and a workbook. 

By the end of the course you’ll understand why and how:

  • Modern neuroscience has the answer to improving your health
  • Managing stress reduces risk of chronic health flares and improves wellness
  • Changing cognitive and behavioural habits is key to managing your body-mind responses and long-term health conditions.
  • Your recovery requires a personalized toolkit and a clear implementation and management plan

Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy NLP Feldenkrais


Sometimes we may recommend you could benefit from a course of tailor made Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy NLP or Feldenkrais over a set period of time.

Course length may vary from four hours to ten hours input.
